We advise you to measure your arm, from armpit to fingertips, then add approximately 5 cm. Then choose the pole closest to the result obtained. For the thickness, it depends on your practice and your preference.
For twirling, the commonly used thickness is often 11 mm. For majorette, the choice can vary depending on hand size, skill level, and desired comfort.
We recommend consulting the size guide on the product page when available. If in doubt, contact BDSports before ordering.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as backless bras, underwear, hosiery, and leotards may not be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for more information.

After payment validation, you should normally receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 72 business hours when all items are in stock; however, the delivery time may be extended to a maximum of 10 business days.
Some products, such as colored poles, custom boots, or pre-order items, require a longer manufacturing or sourcing time. The estimated delivery time is then indicated directly on the product page.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor the delivery of your package.
Shipments can be sent via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or UPS, depending on the delivery methods offered at the time of order.
BDSports shipments are made from our store in Villeneuve-d’Ascq.

In case of delay, damaged package, or delivery issue, report your reservations to the carrier upon receipt, then contact BDSports with your order information.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be requested by the authorities of the destination country. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and has not been used or worn.

Shoe exchanges can only be accepted if they have not been worn and if the packaging is in good condition, with the sole exception of Majorette boots which are not exchangeable.
No. As the boots are made to order and customised according to each club's requests, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
